Core Kickers Introductory lesson

This is our first of a brand new class aimed at children from the ages 4-6 years old.

This class is a fun and educational way to introduce young children into martial arts in a safe environment that covers the fundamentals of kickboxing such as balance, co-ordination and listening and well as punching, kicking and blocking.  There is a high instructor to student ratio and parents are required to stay on site whilst their child attends this lesson.
