ECKA National Championships

ECKA National Championships.
This is an ideal competition for all levels of fighters to compete in points, light continuous and forms.
You must wear full sparring equipment including gum shields, foot pads, shin pads and head guards. Females should wear chest protection and males should wear groin guards. If you are competing in points, you must fight with points gloves on. For light continuous, please wear boxing gloves.
If competing in forms, please wear your full gi (no tshirts).
