Milton Keynes Open Comptetion. ECKA run but open to other clubs. Fighting categories are points, light continuous and forms.

Please ensure you have full sparring equipment including gum shields, groin guards (men) and chest guards (ladies). Points gloves must be worn for points fighting and boxing gloves worn for light continuous.
